Update 8/13/26 - so couple months ago I bought a brand new 2026 Volvo EX30. Not a month and a half after I owned it somebody rear-ended me on the interstate and they had some no-name insurance that was being very difficult to deal with and I couldn't get a hold of anybody. So this is the value of having a insurance company that you can actually walk in a door and sit down and speak to someone. I went to Jeannie Gregory's office. She told me to go ahead and get my car in the shop. Get it fixed. They would subrogate the claim if the insurance didn't pay and they would take care of everything. Well. Finally, the insurance did decide to pay so I went in to talk to Jan who is an absolute genius and she told me that because it's brand new I can file for for diminished value. I had no idea that was even a thing, she called the insurance company with me in the office and we went through everything and they said yes they would send an email to submit my diminished value claim and they would reach out out. That's awesome and I would have never have known that if I didn't have somewhere to go in and sit down and speak with someone who actually cares and works for their clients. You think you're getting a deal when you get some cheap online insurance company, but you're really not. I can't recommend Jeannie Gregory's office enough, I will never have another insurance Agent. And I can't wait to get my car back!"
